Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Account Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day handling of multiple projects within your client portfolio of local and global brands. You work side-by-side with senior Account team members identifying workstreams that you will independently run against clearly defined briefs, timing plans, budgets and KPI’s. You also help to identify new business opportunities with existing clients, working closely with senior Account Leads and Business Development to support account growth.
Your ultimate mission is to help brands use music and sound more strategically, efficiently and creatively – from music management and activations to sonic branding, ensuring that clients are satisfied. Together with a cross-functional team of creative strategists and producers, you proactively inspire our clients, consistently delight them with your attention and organisation, and build strong relationships, helping us to become a valued full service music partner in their roster of agencies.
People enjoy working with you because you bring smart thinking to the table and aren’t afraid to challenge others if you disagree or believe things could be better. If the work isn’t of the highest quality, you won’t let it leave the building. You have enthusiasm for music and enjoy collaboration with like-minded and self-motivated people. They enjoy working with you because you bring fresh ideas to the table and always have a proactive solution to any challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Account team members in leading project teams from initial project brief through project completion across strategic, creative and implementation deliverables
  • Effectively lead and/or support in client meetings and internal meetings (e.g. status meetings, project kickoffs, etc.), making important, relevant contributions, and well thought-through recommendations
  • Build trust and relationships with clients via strong communication and excellent performance
  • Prepare and update project briefs, timelines, status reports, presentation decks, and other supporting materials
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and client partners to manage project details, process steps, timing, budget, and agreed-upon deliverables
  • Receive client feedback on agency performance and creative work to recommend action to improve or maintain client satisfaction
  • Work with other Account Leads to manage day-to-day workloads and ensure benchmarks are hit across all departments
  • Where possible, identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services across the clients you manage, working with the Account Director / Director of Client Services to support pitching for these opportunities
