IWS Water Hygiene is seeking a dynamic, experienced Account Manager to join our successful team based in Coatbridge, covering the Scotland business region. IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers. Responsibilities:
Reporting daily to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager will maintain quality relationships with existing clients, retain current contracts with them and upsell additional business. The Account Manager will also proactively identify, verify and secure new business from new customers.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, including securing new business from new customers, ensuring quality customer service is delivered to existing customers and annual sales targets are met.
- Negotiate new and upsell business at the desired profit margins
- Help mobilise contracts secured.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
- Produce cost estimates and sales documents to the highest standard
- Minimise any outstanding debt on accounts managed.
- Maintain an accurate and valuable sales pipeline
