JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you will be the key link between our products/services and our clients. You understand the client’s needs, identify new business opportunities, and offer customized solutions that meet their demands and expectations. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and close deals that create win-win situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach potential clients and detect sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers, Presales, and Marketing to provide the best service to clients.
  • Report directly to our Head of Sales.
