Position Summary: Aversan is seeking an Engineering Services Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, identifying work package and staff augmentation opportunities, and facilitating communication between engineering managers and our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering staffing (agency) or work package roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineering managers.
  • Engineering background is a plus.
  • Located in the Ottawa/Montreal area with the ability to travel locally

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, focusing on work package and staff augmentation opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering managers across key accounts.
  • Work closely with Ryan and Danny to discuss potential work package opportunities and staff augmentation needs.
  • Travel within the Ottawa/Montreal area to meet clients onsite or for business lunches.

Interview Process: The interview process will consist of multiple rounds, including:

  • Initial phone screen with HR.
  • Technical interview with hiring managers.
