Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and driving both satisfaction and retention. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, uncovering opportunities for growth, and working collaboratively with technical teams to deliver outstanding solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand each client’s unique requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems promptly.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Start Tech’s service offerings to provide expert advice.
