Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute strategic growth plans for a growing book of business through renewals and upsells
- Actively monitor and drive usage across clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to improve overall client engagement while identifying and converting upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, user satisfaction and overall client health
- Collect client feedback to develop actionable insights for enhancing the value of our products.
- Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals and upsells.
- Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date activities and client information in the CRM
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
- BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with a history of driving revenue and retaining existing business, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and history of navigating internal customer structures
- A goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
- Shown creative problem-solving approach
