YOUR PROFILE

You hold excellent communication skills ideally in both verbal and written Swedish and English and you have a desire to get into sales, or already have a passion for sales, and the commitment to invest the time and effort needed to succeed.
Above all, you are customer focused and you provide a great customer experience. You can demonstrate your ability to be creative, resilient and you’re able to identify solutions quickly and effectively.
Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not necessary, although a good basic knowledge of mathematics is required.
You might be someone who has a background in a customer service or call center environment, or you could be working in another industry, looking for a more dynamic and rewarding job. Regardless of where you are now, if this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

You’ll be part of a highly motivated sales team that is dedicated to helping each other reach their goals. You’ll work together with colleagues who work across the Nordic region and have the same goals. Together you’ll form a very driven, high performing sales team. Everyone wants you to succeed and together we help each other to reach our goals. As part of our inside sales team, you will make an impact by growing our business and expanding our customer base in the Nordics.
You will be dedicated to helping customers get the most out of our products and services, so if you have the drive to succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll combine customer contact with sales of our core product. You’ll be the one reaching out to existing and new customers in Norway making sure our product is being used to the fullest.
You’ll get accounts of existing customers and you’ll seek out new customers using your own creative ideas or lists. The main focus of your job is telephone and email, you’ll get the chance to hone your communication skills and use your creative skills to tailor our products to each customer’s needs developing strong relationships with them.
You can expect dynamic and intensive periods, planning, strategy meetings, administrative work, personal responsibility, and lots of fun!
