EMS – ACCOUNT MANAGER (NEW BUSINESS)

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE-ACCOUNT MANAGER;
Support the Sales Team and Customers with technical guidance, assistance, and design. Assist with project management and implementation of both pre and post sales. Build relationships with new customers, to grow revenue and ensure continued business from each account.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Be available for on-site meetings with partners and end users.
- Distribute new product and vendor updates (internally & externally).
- Identify opportunities with partners and develop with Account manager.
- Primary technical contact for all partners, including face to face meetings.
- Pro-actively build relationships with customers, partners & technical teams.
- Support Channel Account Managers, partners and end users with solution design.
- Manage technical/complex projects from inception to final design in liaison with the account manager.
- Use appropriate tools from vendors to provide technical support.
- Organise and attend site surveys, developing quotes and proposals where required.
- Developing, presenting, and delivering comprehensive presentations to the project team, upper management, and customer personnel in a clear and concise manner.
- Serving as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, and quality as the product(s) move to completion and distribution.
- Planning and management of the products/projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Monitoring the product/project from initiation through completion and/or customer acceptance. Ensuring that products/projects delivered meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Developing, managing, and maintaining all aspects of project-level risk.
