ABOUT POSITION:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the Commercial business in the assigned territory to ensure that the commercial sales quota is reached and exceeded.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is welcomed, but no required;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • Capacity for innovative thinking, problem-solving and self-improvement;
  • Ability to understand client’s needs;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Strong team-oriented approach with excellent business skills;
  • A high-energy team player with a background in sound decision-making;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing reports, dashboards and analytics;
  • Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of the Energy5 through consistently achieving individual quota;
  • Managing and closing opportunities in the commercial segment;
  • Creation of Pipeline (including Cold Calling);
  • Provide forecasting and planning on assigned accounts and new opportunities;
  • Meet KPI’s such as but not limited to Quota Attainment, Activity Levels (phone time, number of new opportunities created);
  • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from other roles (SDRs, call center, hot line), qualified opportunities and lead generation lists as well as handling inbound sales requests;
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis and research on customer requirements;
  • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures (working on and coordinating responses to information, proposal, quotation and bids);
  • Logging all activities and updating information about projects, contacts, accounts and etc in the Energy5 CRM system;
  • Collaborating with implementation team for planning and execution;
  • Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items;
  • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment;
  • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company level;
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems;
  • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
