YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in account management or client-facing roles in the performance marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Experience delivering results
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data analysis & interpretation
  • Agency experience
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred:

  • Experience working in marketing
  • Experience tracking time to specific clients and projects

The Account Manager bridges the client, the strategy, and the execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact with the client and act as an extension of their team.
Valve and Meter is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Client Success department. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships in the performance marketing space.

ABOUT THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the performance marketing industry
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to drive their business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute performance marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
  • Execute quarterly business reviews with each client
