Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic senior account manager to continue to develop our presence and relationships within the venue network community. Your core responsibilities will be driving retention and growing revenue from key venue accounts across different categories of venues - corporate, restaurants, bars, pubs, music venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customers and ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with a fast growing and thriving startup.
Inheriting a client portfolio as well as taking on new accounts as they’re onboarded, you will build long lasting partnerships with venue groups and work collaboratively to identify areas for growth and further opportunity.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of the full post sales cycle including onboarding, client training performance management and renewal
- Account management & retention of subscribing strategic accounts
- Identify and drive revenue growth from existing client portfolio via upgrades & portfolio growth
- Work closely with venue partners to build relationships to drive engagement and secure renewal of annual contracts
- Conducting both in person and online quarterly performance reviews with the ability to talk confidently about data, identifying both opportunities and challenges
- Support with optimising processes for a highly functioning strategic account management function
- Network through the industry to identify and create opportunities; growing VenueScanner’s inventory within the bars, pubs and restaurants sector
- Collaborate closely with the Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure we are championing the customer
