Responsibilities:

ROLE:

We are seeking an Account Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fun environment and is driven to achieve great things. You will directly contribute to a rapidly growing organization with communication, planning, and ability to influence others. The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and success within a dedicated territory. You’ll be at the forefront of managing machine orders and contracts, ensuring client expectations are clearly defined and met while protecting the company’s interests. Your expertise in commissioning strategy and seamless client communication will be vital in delivering exceptional post-sale operations.
Beyond managing orders, you will collaborate with sales and field service teams to maintain and enhance client satisfaction both pre- and post-sale. As the primary point of contact for clients, you’ll act as their advocate within the company, providing a direct escalation path and ensuring their needs are prioritized. OUTCOMES OF THIS ROLE:

  • Enhanced Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high client satisfaction within your territory by managing relationships and promptly addressing needs, fostering trust, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Increased Revenue Growth through Collaboration: Act as a key liaison with Sales, Engineering, and support teams to coordinate validations, resources, budgets, and solutions, driving successful sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Smooth Project Execution and Client Satisfaction: Oversee on-site commissioning strategies and client communication. Align the commissioning team to ensure smooth equipment/system commissioning and travel as needed to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintained Contractual Integrity: Manage machine orders and contracts thoroughly, ensuring all contractual obligations and technical specifications are met. Provide clear expectations and comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong Internal and External Relationships: Enhance team productivity and client satisfaction, with a positive work environment by building and developing genuine relationships with clients and colleagues.
