QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing or account management, ideally in a media or educational environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
  • Strong client management and customer support skills
  • Marketing Agency experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement with our corporate and academic subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they maximize the value of their subscription by promoting it through internal channels and events with a focus on academic clients.
  • Manage digital communications to keep subscribers informed and engaged, including welcome emails, academic outreach, and social campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, such as contests, workshops, or on-campus events, in partnership with academic institutions. Travel to universities will be required for events.
  • Support business development by identifying new partnership opportunities and assisting in client outreach.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continuous client support.
