As a Account Officer, you will:

• Conduct preliminary checks on DRQ and condition sheets for commercial underwriting.
• Input data into internal aplications for account management derogatory cases.
• Provide efficient phone support and advice to customers and brokers locally.
• Participation in the development of condition proposals, contract extensions and expansions.
• Monitoring of various key figures.
• Assist in preparing proposals for contractual terms (contract renewals and contract extensions).
• Generate reports as needed and collaborate with the commercial, undewriting and claims teams.
• Provide support for occasional tasks and projects.
• Manage policies and activities using Coface Group tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant governance requirements (e.g., KYC).
