Description:
- The Account Officer plays a dual role, serving as both a customer service representative and a field vendor on boarding agent for Fast Gas and Fast Logistics. This position is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding the company’s vendor network.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Proficiency in CRM software and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
