Your Job
As the Account Service Representative , you will be responsible for supporting Hummingbird® trade sales team with value chain solutions for supply chain options, order processes, design, and product development to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal and external teams. To excel in this role, you should have comprehensive knowledge of the box manufacturing process, including printing, corrugating, converting and logistics. This is crucial because your job demands that you develop account management initiatives to maximize revenue and client retention through the implementation of value chain solutions to customers.
Reporting to the Area Sales Director and supporting the business development team across the US remotely, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a passionate and innovative entrepreneur with a positive attitude and a love for technology, you should understand the disruptive potential of digital printing and the opportunity it will bring our customer base. You will use your creativity and relationship skills to develop account expansion opportunities that are mutually beneficial. This position is customer-facing, and you will be responsible for managing the entire account management side. Your role will involve promoting the Hummingbird® ecosystem as the preferred choice for hi-graphic growth ambitions, primarily through existing clients.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • At least five years project management or sales, account management experience
  • Working knowledge of flexographic, lithographic, or digital print, including graphic design, prepress, and printing processes.
  • Understanding of box plant manufacturing capabilities and operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective strategies and tactics for account engagement and decision-making.
  • Establish clear objectives and manage opportunities for trade customers, taking full responsibility for their implementation and success.
  • Foster productive relationships between clients and Hummingbird® by maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the Hummingbird value proposition.
  • Utilize various applications and knowledge forums for effective communication and or supply chain solution.
  • Promote Hummingbird® ecosystem as the easy option for hi-graphic growth ambitions of customers.
  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and identify areas for growth by removing barriers as you work with internal and external stakeholders .
  • Collaborate with Hummingbird® and various capabilities to ensure best-in-class service to our customers.
