Position Summary:

  • Applies analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information
  • Able to respond to the majority of situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from more senior employees.
  • Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area
  • Contributes to standards around which others will operate
  • Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within cross-functional teams
  • Applies broad knowledge of areas supported including:
  • Technical//business requirements
  • Demands of large networks and systems
  • Lead teams across multiple locations and areas of expertise

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • High degree of skill in relationship management, analysis, and leadership as a customer facing manager position focused on building long-term partnerships with NCR clients
  • The CSM is responsible for the operational health of their customer(s) and delivery excellence across NCR
  • Lead Customer monthly operational reviews, driving project excellence functioning as the “air traffic controller” for all delivery and operational functions, improving Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Proven leader driving operational excellence across their client(s). Operational Expert who consistently has their finger on the pulse of our day to day tactical operations.
  • Process oriented, ensure adherence to procedures and can expertly navigate operational challenges
  • Applies analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information
  • Able to respond to the majority of situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from more senior employees.
  • Integrates subject matter and industry Banking expertise
  • Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Proven Experience in the Industry
  • High analytics skills and tools (advanced excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite software
