SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as an account manager/strategist or similar role
  • Professional manner and high level of comfort when interacting with all levels within the organization and clients
  • Deadline-driven with experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to your responsibilities, clients and team members
  • Experience managing digital advertising platforms (primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads)
  • Experience using scheduling, time management and budgeting software is an asset
  • Familiarity and comfort working within an Apple environment
  • Real estate knowledge/experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Get immersed in exciting, fast-paced, projects currently on the go within our client portfolio
  • Take ownership of project execution from start to finish, including initial kick-offs, development of key deliverables, and final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead internal project kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.
  • Provide clear and actionable project briefs, critique deliverables for quality and alignment, and maintain adherence to approved objectives.
  • Identify internal and external resources required to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Organize and track projects using our project management systems, adhering to internal processes to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Review all deliverables to maintain high standards, ensuring they are error-free, meet client feedback, and align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the digital department to develop, present, and maintain impactful digital media strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals.
