The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Onboarding & Fulfilment teams’ primary focus is to provide a seamless and efficient on-boarding experience for our customers. The team play a critical part in providing our customers with an excellent first impression of doing business with us, whilst ensuring that these excellent standards are maintained throughout their journey with us. The team are uniquely positioned to play a core role in coordinating with multiple key stakeholders every single day, this provides a platform to drive change and enhance our current ways of working.
About the job:
The role provides the successful candidate an opportunity to take responsibility of onboarding & fulfilling customer projects to the highest standards. It provides the candidate to showcase an excellent eye for detail & accountability to do the right thing for our customers and business.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to accurately review and input contracts received and provide setup and billing support of all products we support
- Ensuring pricing details are input accurately and troubleshoot any billing/invoicing/account set up related inquiries
- Being meticulous in the detail, ensuring that we on-board and fulfil customer requests efficiently whilst balancing the needs of the business, to deliver a truly excellent customer experience
- Collaborating is crucial when working internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance & technology. Demonstrating these competencies will ensure that we onboard and fulfil customer requests within our desired Turnaround times and most importantly exceed customer expectations
- Communicating clearly and accurately in all our interactions, ensuring the team are seen to be both consistent in the messages being delivered and experts in what we do
Requirements:
- Have analytical & organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Be self-motivated with ability to work well within a team, high levels of personal accountability
- Have ability to communicate effectively and persuade and influence a range of stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for customers
- Demonstrate ability to remain calm under pressure
