As Account Support Coordinator, you will be based in our Warwick (CV34 6DY) office. There is flexible, hybrid working available once you have settled into the role, (2 days flex to work remotely per week).

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building rapport with your customers as you will be a single point of contact to support with orders from these key accounts, ensuring you are providing an excellent service.
  • Processing orders, receiving quote requests and handling queries
  • Daily communications with branch colleagues, suppliers and your customers so being confident in talking to people is a key part of the job.
  • Supporting the wider team members accounts when necessary, being adaptable/flexible to support different customers.

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is preferable
  • Confident talking to different people, organised, strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable, friendly & approachable
