Haywood’s Operations Department is currently looking to recruit an Account Transfers Administrator. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 – 5 years Account Transfers experience
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and deadlines
- Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications
- Proactive approach to job responsibilities and team player
- Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise
- Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, Dataphile, CDS, and DTC

Responsibilities:
- Process transfer requests in and out for all types of accounts in a timely manner and according to regulatory and audit requirements
- Review new Transfer-in instructions on ATON and verify all information is accurate and correct
- Process manual transfers
- Follow through on all Transfer-In requests until complete
- Identify and handle potential problems related to the transfer of assets and resolve the issue by offering solutions
- Assist with Internal Transfers Journals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Coverage for other team members during absences, or as required
- General administrative duties as required
