Haywood’s Operations Department is currently looking to recruit an Account Transfers Administrator. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 – 5 years Account Transfers experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications
  • Proactive approach to job responsibilities and team player
  • Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise
  • Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, Dataphile, CDS, and DTC

Responsibilities:

  • Process transfer requests in and out for all types of accounts in a timely manner and according to regulatory and audit requirements
  • Review new Transfer-in instructions on ATON and verify all information is accurate and correct
  • Process manual transfers
  • Follow through on all Transfer-In requests until complete
  • Identify and handle potential problems related to the transfer of assets and resolve the issue by offering solutions
  • Assist with Internal Transfers Journals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Coverage for other team members during absences, or as required
  • General administrative duties as required
