JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, overseeing the month-end close process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilties:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
• Conduct audits and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP Oracle, Tally, ZOHO) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
