Description:
Position Overview: As an Accountant & Admin personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing both financial and administrative tasks within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions while also providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data protection policies.
- Oversee office maintenance and repair tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related matters.
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support HR activities related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
