Description:

Our partner company is a high technology company of simulation and modelling technologies and training services in civil aviation, healthcare, defence and security. For instance, they are working on aircraft simulator modules, including radio communication navigation and network simulation. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial administration tasks as well as general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Main responsibilities:

Financial administration and Accounting:

  • Bank accounting
  • Managing AP and AR invoices, ensure balance confirmations
  • Help maintaining fixed assets and inventory ledger
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures of general ledger accounts
  • Support Statutory Financial Statement preparation and audit fieldworks
  • Manage cash flow, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash handling.
  • Ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks

General administrative tasks, including:

  • Secure stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Contract maintanence
  • Purchasing

Required skills:

  • Experience of 1-2 years in Finance & Controlling
  • Independent, self-reliant and result-oriented working style
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Hungarian

Advantages:
