Description:

As an Accountant in V.O.S Destination Management, you will be part of our team, which currently consists of 2 employees. You will be working closely with our Sales & Operations team and your daily tasks will primarily be within Business Central, Navidoc and our internal booking system.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You have min. 2 years of experience within finance/bookkeeping or similar position.
You have a relevant accounting education.
- You preferably have previous experience working with Business Central as well as Navidoc.
- You are an experienced user of Office, particularly Excel.
- You can communicate in English in both writing and speech.
- You are social and outgoing and have a service-minded attitude.
- You are a problem-solver and are comfortable with working independently.
- Your work methodology is structured, and you are detail-oriented.
- You are curious and interested in sharing knowledge within the team.
- You like to be part of an informal and energetic environment, and you can easily adapt.
- We are looking for self-motivated people with a confident approach. You would need aptitude to work under pressure and be flexible to work an extended schedule during the high season with no holiday from June-July.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifying, processing, and posting of incoming transactions – payments received from customers.
Verifying, processing, and posting outgoing transactions – payments to suppliers.
- Identifying & resolving discrepancies between accounting systems & projects including internal reminders to sales & operations as well as outgoing reminders to customers.
- Ongoing Project and account reconciliations.
- Ad hoc tasks.
