Cleanlist has an immediate opening for an experienced finance professional who has experience in accounting/bookkeeping as well as financial analysis and modeling to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-savvy financial professional to ensure that timely and accurate financial administration and data analysis will improve our business and support our future growth.
This is a new role at Cleanlist and so we’re looking for an individual who’s experienced and creative, with a solid understanding of financial operations to be able to help us further design the role and ensure it provides maximum value. The role will be 50% accounting/bookkeeping and 50% doing financial analysis and modelling.

WHAT are we looking for?
- A technology-savvy financial professional with experience in accounting/bookkeeping, financial administration, financial data analysis / modeling and business intelligence
- Help ensure that all financial aspects of our daily operations are top-notch and supportive of future growth and maximum profitability, including pricing, contract administration, invoicing, project and job costing, and client-level budgeting, performance reporting, and forecasting.
- Proven experience in general accounting/ book keeping, financial strategy and business finance
- Proven ability to envision, design, implement, and operate financial reporting and control systems.
- Proven ability to assess the need for new systems, automation, and continual process improvement.
- An expert-level user of business application software including spreadsheets, accounting software, and process-automation tools.
- Proven communicator and leader
- You must have a formal education in finance or economics, or otherwise has substantial self-taught experience.
- You must have experienced using a variety of modern financial recording, reporting, and analysis software.
