Providing excellent accountant service and support to customers before, during, and after purchasing products or services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accountant: Record daily financial transactions; Maintain and reconcile general ledgers; Develop and manage budgets; Analyze financial performance and prepare forecasts; Manage invoices and payments to suppliers; Handle billing and collections from customers; Ensure timely payment and compliance with payroll regulations; Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights;
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  4. Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
  5. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time.
  6. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
  9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.
  10. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
