We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Entry Level Accountant in Westlake Village, California. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and tracking financial data, ensuring accounting accuracy, and handling payroll data.

• Ensure accurate documentation of transaction details.
• Compile comprehensive financial reports.
• Detect and rectify accounting data errors.
• Compute interest charges accurately.
• Record financial transactions diligently.
• Manage payroll data effectively.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations.
• Carry out accounting entries and adjusting journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable tasks.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions.
• Proficiency in Account Analysis is required.
• Capability to handle Accounting Entries accurately is essential.
• Familiarity with various Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management is needed.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
• Ability to process Adjusting Journal Entries accurately is required.
