ACCOUNTANT (EXCLUDING TAX ACCOUNTANT)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• 4-6 years relevant experience including several years of audit background is an advantage
• Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player
• Excellent MS Excel skill and proficient in AutoCount
• Experience working in construction industry will be a bonus

• Involve in the day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, receipts, payments, journals and data management in the system
• Handle fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation and reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing according to company’s policies and Singapore FRSs
• Review and analyse financial and project performances, including variance analysis
• Prepare financial and management reports, GL reconciliations and accounts schedules
• Supervise and coach junior staff in accounting and finance operations
• Handle statutory audit and tax-related processes including GST filing, corporate income tax computation and transfer pricing documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretariat and legal counsel
• Assist in establishing and keeping an up-to-date accounting internal control policy and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of forecast, annual budget and business financial plans
• Support ad-hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as required
