POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced, fast, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accountant Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time/ Remote.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • HR knowledge and familiarity with onboarding, employee record management, and time tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with employee time tracking and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and experience in bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR software for managing employee data and performance tracking is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; an additional qualification in Office Administration, HR, or Accounting is a plus.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with employee time-tracking software such as Hubstaff, Clockify, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Admin Center or similar admin tools for employee software management.
    Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Glassdoor.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:



    • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.

    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
