Our Finance Department in Bad Zurzach is looking for a

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Commercial apprenticeship and preferably completed Federal Diploma of Higher Education in accounting (“Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen”) or Bachelor’s Degree with major in finance/accounting
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting function, ideally in an International Finance environment
  • English and German at advanced level
  • Strong functional skills such as systems experience (IT, SAP, Excel etc.) and solid accounting knowledge is a requirement
  • Experience with purchase order handling in SAP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular payment runs for third-party and intercompany vendors
  • Preparation of ad hoc manual bank payments
  • Allocation of incoming and outgoing bank payments in SAP (FEBA)
  • Reconciliation and monitoring of several bank accounts
  • Initiating payments to group-internal inhouse bank and cash pool participants
  • Supporting the intercompany reconciliation process
  • Supporting treasury department in liquidity and cash management tasks
  • Allocation of payments in cash-flow forecasting tool (Coupa)
  • Clearing and maintaining various G/L accounts
  • Supporting the travel expense process
