Responsibilities:

  • Handle VAT declarations and annual returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update financial records for multiple holding entities.
  • Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and recurring services while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee cash management activities and perform bank reconciliations to monitor financial flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, investor relations, and audit processes.
  • Provide support in the establishment, restructuring, or liquidation of entities as needed.
  • Communicate with external parties, including suppliers and Luxembourg authorities, to facilitate business operations.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and support reporting obligations.
