Responsibilities:
- Handle VAT declarations and annual returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update financial records for multiple holding entities.
- Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and recurring services while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee cash management activities and perform bank reconciliations to monitor financial flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, investor relations, and audit processes.
- Provide support in the establishment, restructuring, or liquidation of entities as needed.
- Communicate with external parties, including suppliers and Luxembourg authorities, to facilitate business operations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and support reporting obligations.
