YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for financial accounting and the proper implementation of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting, including payment transactions.
• First point of contact for questions regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Bank bookings
• Preparation of advance VAT returns
• Preparation, support and monitoring of the approval workflow for incoming invoices
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reporting tasks.
• Booking of accruals and deferrals
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Co-operation with tax advisors in the preparation of annual financial statements and responsibility for the annual audit with our external auditors.
• Correspondence with internal and external contacts
• Carrying out routine calculations to prepare analyses and reports
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, generally recognised accounting principles (HGB)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company procedures.
