YOUR MISSION

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Accountant to join our Accounting Team to support the financial integrity and efficiency of the organization by accurately maintaining and financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing timely and precise reporting.
This is a hybrid position: We would appreciate if you are located in or around Berlin and be able to commute to our office 1-2 times/week.
We have legal entities in Germany (Fotografen Online Service GmbH) and in the US (GotPhoto Inc).

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Financial Management: You support our departments with GotPhoto Accounting functions, including credits, refunds, and payments. You monitor payment transactions and understand technical integration.
  • Month/Year End Closings: You assist our Senior Accountants with Month End and Year End Closings by gaining expertise in Group Accounting and reconciliations.
  • Day-to-Day Tasks: You manage incoming invoices, use expense tools, handle pre-accounting, reconciliations, and resolve issues with interfaces and ports.
  • Collaboration and Support: You engage in cross-functional projects involving tech, payment, and accounting teams.
