Job Description

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• In charge and manage AP, AR and GL
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modelling software.
• Payroll operation and manage activities with HR and employee reimbursement
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and implement changes effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and familiarity with relevant financial laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial information.Support quarterly and yearly statutory audit

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting practices, financial analysis techniques, and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and financial laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
