Accountant (Manufacturing /group conso / budget & forecast)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Monthly preparation of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
• Monthly review of the financial results of subsidiaries
• Preparation of full set of accounts for dormant subsidiaries
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management reports, quarterly reports and SGX announcements of the group
• Liaison with external and internal auditors during the annual audit process
• Preparation of tax computations and liaison with tax agents
• Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Preparation of group Annual Report
• Other ad-hoc project work as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation and being in reviewer roles.
• Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and proactively within a team.
• Meticulous & proficient in Microsoft applicationsPossess good understanding of work processes & internal controls.
