Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for multiple accounts across various companies. Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Maintain financial records for multiple company accounts.
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor account transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Compliance & Audit Support:
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Data Analysis & Recommendations:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in cost control and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Administrative Support:
• Collaborate with senior accountants and finance teams.
• Maintain an organized and secure filing system for financial documents.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a related role is preferred.
• Experience with managing accounts for multiple companies is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
