JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Generating and reviewing the financial reports of the company including trial balance, profit & loss statement, balance sheet
· Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies
· providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements
· Assisting with bank, financial and tax audits
· Review and record oversea expense, accrued expense, foreign exchange (Gain)/Loss due to foreign exchange rate.
· Reviewing contracts with other associated parties/suppliers
· Analyse, amortize, and reconcile accrued accounts.
· Proper Inventory Management
· Management of tax compliance and tax obligations.
· Maintaining Compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
· Preparing Business Activity Statement of the company
· Examining operating costs and organisations’ income and expenditure to determine better costing.
· Assisting with preparing company’s taxation returns
· Introducing and maintaining accounting systems, and advising on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems
· Documenting and maintaining internal control systems
· Meeting with external Accountant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tax accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
