Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations for construction/Fit out projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of construction accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Construction industry: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Location:
- Dubai (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure tax compliance and financial accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow and project expenses.
- Coordinate with project managers and vendors on payments.
