Description:
2+ Years of proven UAE experience as an Accountant
· Strong knowledge on Accounting Standards (IFRS)
· Preparation of monthly financial reports
· Daily recording of journal entries for data entry, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, reconciliations on monthly basis.
· Proven experience as an accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant
· In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UAE Vat laws
· Proficient user of accounting software
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate accounting processes are being used
· Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
