Description:
We are in search of an Accountant to join our Construction industry team in DENVER, Colorado. As an Accountant, you will handle a variety of tasks related to financial data management, including maintaining financial records, processing payments, and conducting audits. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Utilize accounting software systems for data management and financial analysis
- Conduct audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Oversee and handle general ledger entries
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other related tasks
- Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for improved business operations
- Work with Concur for travel and expense management
- Carry out various accounting functions as required
- Maintain balance sheet accounts for accurate financial reporting
- Employ Cl Programming for business applications and solutions
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
- Must have knowledge in Cl Programming.
- Proficiency in using Concur is needed.
- Must have experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Able to handle a variety of Accounting Functions.
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
- Demonstrable skills in Auditing.
- Ability to manage and reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts is needed.
