We are on the lookout for a seasoned Accountant to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various financial and operational processes, including overseeing contracts and budgeting, managing cashflow, and troubleshooting supply chain issues. You will also work closely with senior leadership and external partners to exceed client expectations.

• Handle all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, General Ledger Reconciliations, Budgeting & Revenue Projections, and Payroll Management
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to complete year-end close procedures
• Be actively involved in managing cashflow and overseeing all contracts and budgeting
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues as they arise
• Support senior leadership on special projects as required
• Perform accounting for the company’s subsidiary on a monthly basis
• Apply your strong knowledge of GAAP in daily tasks
• Establish and communicate policies and procedures related to internal controls
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while juggling multiple projects
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for efficient execution of tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in GAAP Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Account Analysis
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Knowledge of Credit Card Reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
