Description:

The ideal candidate will bring with them:

EDUCATION, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Working on or completion of bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
  • 1 - 3 year of accounting experience in an accounting or financial management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to ask critical questions, verify data, and follow instructions
  • Proficient with accounting software, MRP or ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including in Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation, analysis and verification of accounting records, financial statements, reports and accounting related information.
  • Assist the division with the completion of their roles and responsibilities relating to finance
  • Perform monthly General Ledger reconciliations
  • Process and pay vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure that all transactions are kept current, recorded accurately, and processed efficiently
  • Provide AP & AR support and complete data mining & analysis
  • Record and process employee expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
  • Perform various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist in the annual budget process, including P&L, cash flow, and capex budgets and in due diligence efforts, specific to any M&A activitie
