Description:

Who we are looking for:
LOSS HUB is a part of Global Accounting Operation team responsible for monitoring and processing financial impact incidents reported in the global reporting tool [ICAMS] across the board.
What you will be responsible for:

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for processes that include, but not are limited to:

  • Monitoring ICAMS workload to identify all incidents reported and required payment and/or posting.
  • Preparation and monitoring payments execution.
  • Posting in ledger and closing the processed incidents in ICAMS.
  • Monthly calculating, reporting & posting accruals.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Monthly reconciliations.
  • Investigation of open items available on BS & P&L accounts.
  • Monitoring queries raised in a shared mailbox.
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings as requested.
  • Support others if needed- backup for other team members´ processes.
  • Support new initiatives and processes if needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A background in banking, with knowledge and experience of working within an operations environment.
  • At least 3 years of Professional experience in finance and/or other related fields.

Level Of Education: Finance or Accounting education.
