Description:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll, managing employee benefits and related expenses, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will also involve collaborating with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate disbursements of salaries, benefits, and other employee-related financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Preparation:

  • Process monthly payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy in deductions, taxes, overtime, and bonuses.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records to calculate payroll accurately.
  • Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute pay slips to employees.

Expense Management:

  • Track and process employee reimbursements, including travel, office supplies, and other expenses related to HR activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile departmental budgets, ensuring expenses are within limits.
  • Review and verify invoices for employee-related benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare tax reports and ensure timely submission of deductions to relevant government agencies.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with HR staff to address payroll discrepancies, benefits issues, and financial inquiries.
  • Support audits related to payroll and employee expenses.
  • Provide assistance to HR managers with budget preparation and financial planning related to employee compensation.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee financial data, including personal information, payroll history, and tax documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and managing employee expenses.
  • Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of tax laws, benefits regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with HR and other departments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
