For our Finance division, we are looking for an Accountant Sustainability Business (M/W/X) to join Schneider Electric Sustainability Business (SB), make a difference and impact ! This person will work for the regions of Belgium and the UK, reporting to our office in Belgium.

The Accountant SB will partner with a network of leading European experts and professional consultants within the field of Energy and Sustainability management as well as a network of highly skilled finance professionals across Schneider Electric territories and provide high-impact financial support ultimately helping SB clients to achieve their Energy and Sustainability goals.

• Full R2R responsibility of 2 legal entities in Belgium and in UK housing 80% of SB business in Europe and in UK.
• Design and implement future ready and Regulations / Internal Control / IFRS compliant R2R tools and processes in order to enable multiyear high double-digit growth leveraging support of SE territories functions (including Tax, Treasury, Consolidation, Accounting etc.) and Group’s accounting back offices in India. Lead SB Europe Finance team on the transformation journey.
• Partner with SB Europe Business Finance team to provide financial analyses, data and insight to key European business stakeholders – fully consistent with closing - enabling them to tackle their most critical challenges and report results to their senior management.
• Drive division wide finance and business transformations in collaboration with one Global SB finance team as well as one Global commercial team (across US, Europe and Australia), leveraging one global finance system (Dynamics 365) and a common set of commercial and operational tools
• Drive Group wide accounting transformations as SB Europe Finance SPOC of a worldwide network of hundreds of highly skilled and experienced finance professionals
