JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report to CEO and CFO based in Japan
• Oversee one Finance Executive
• You will handle full sets of books , including payments, reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and financial reports
• Ensure ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Provide support for forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Provide support for compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms - both statutory and internal
• Improve work efficiency and streamlining work processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma & above in Accounting or related qualifications
• Min 7 years of working experience
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Singaporeans/PRs only
