Our organization is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Communicate and help facilitate continuous improvement projects for accounting – including Pricing, Costing, Inventory, and Bailment / Commercial Pool
• Responsible for supporting, facilitating, updating, and analyzing variances with corporate activity cost models
• Responsible for analyzing costs, understanding impact to business and profitability, and identifying risk
• Support Bailment / Commercial Pool analysis & storage agreements
• Support Pricing system updates for new product launches
• Support inventory analysis, month-end reporting, and year-end count and audit
• Responsible for product structure cost reviews
• Responsible for customs updates for product

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)

EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Financial background is preferred
• Associate’s degree in accounting/business or minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting is required (combination of degree and experience will be considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Email and Calendar skills
