OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Accounting Analyst to join our team. This role has the possibility of becoming a full-time position and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and business analysis under the guidance of experienced professionals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- A demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Kantata, and HubSpot
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Responsibilities:
AS AN ACCOUNTING ANALYST YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Financial Record Management
- Reconciliation & Reporting
- Process Improvement & Compliance
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Handle routine inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
