We are looking for an accountant and assistant (part-time) in Ulm as soon as possible
Who we are
For almost 20 years we have been realizing diverse projects in the exhibition and museum sector. Our focus is the implementation of digital exhibits. Our designers work in the areas of UX, interaction, screen and motion design always in close coordination with our developers. We always want to be aware of the possibilities of proven and new technologies and use them in a targeted manner. Our clients - especially museums and exhibition designers - appreciate our advice and the customized solutions we develop in dialog with them.
What we bring you into the team for
You will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting. In addition, we need you for invoice verification, preliminary account assignment, posting and verification as well as management of payment transactions.
What distinguishes you
You are communicative and appreciate a collegial office culture. You have a structured way of working and are able to implement your tasks independently and reliably.
Your most important tools include Excel and you can work well on a PC or Mac. Knowledge of Sevdesk would be an advantage, but is not necessary.
